A deposit of 50% of the price of the room by cheque made out to ‘MRS.S.TAIT’ (NOT Sally or Greenbank Farmhouse) with a cover note confirming dates, is required to reserve accommodation.(You may use BACS. Sort Code: 110435 Acc.No. 01129889 Acc.Name Mrs.S.Tait. Use your name as the reference) However for bookings over Bank Holidays and Graduation Week (middle of July & December) the full price will be asked for to secure a room. PLEASE NOTE IT IS UP TO YOU TO MAKE SURE YOUR CHEQUE HAS BEEN RECEIVED OTHERWISE YOUR ROOM WILL NOT BE RESERVED. If you would like confirmation of cheque receipt please enclose an s.a.e. or give an email address.
This deposit is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled within 21 days of the proposed arrival date or 30 days in the case of Graduation Week unless we are able to re-let the room.
Checking out prior to the stated date of leaving will result in the full charge being made.
Check-in is between 4pm and 7pm.though if you wish to check-in earlier and your room isn’t ready you are welcome to book in and leave your luggage by arrangement.
Check-in after 7pm. by prior arrangement.
Check out is by 10.30am.
Rates may be changed without prior notice.
Due to the increase of left items if you do leave anything and would like it returned please send stamps to cover the cost.
